Do you have a cancelation policy?
Yes. I do realize that life happens. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, a minimum of 24-hours notice is required. Anything less than this time frame will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked services.
All no-shows and same day cancelations will be subject to a 100% charge of the services booked. Cancelations/ reschedule requests can be submitted online through your client portal or via email: joanna@hairdombyjo.com.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?
I understand that traffic can be unpredictable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive the service you reserved, but please send me a message to notify of delays and I will try my best to honor your appointment.
Do you have a service guarantee policy?
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify me while at the salon or within 7 days of your session and I will do my best to adjust to meet your expectations.
Are children or guests allowed in your salon?
I do provide services for children age 12 and under. However, due to private setting and a limited space in my salon studio, I ask to respect a limit of 1 guest maximum.
Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Yes, as long as it is a shampoo that is color safe. This will help to protect your investment for a longer period of time.
Can I schedule a scalp facial and a color service to be performed on the same day?
A 48 hour minimum interval is recommended between a scalp facial service and a color service. That is to ensure there is no allergic reaction or scalp irritation during either portion of your service.
