I do realize that life happens. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary,  a minimum of 24-hours notice is required. Anything less than this time frame will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked services. 

All no-shows and same day cancelations will be subject to a 100% charge of the services booked. Cancelations/ reschedule requests can be submitted online through your client portal or via email: joanna@hairdombyjo.com.
